Anthony Harris, MD, MBA, MPH - Chairman of the Board, Co-inventor and Co-founder of EternoGen
Dr. Harris is co-inventor, co-founder and former CEO of EternoGen, LLC. He is Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine and is the Medical Director of Community Occupational Medicine, LLC, with multiple locations throughout Northern Indiana. He is also an independent healthcare consultant with focus upon performing market research, product design, and business modeling strategy. He earned his MD/MBA dual degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and Kelly School of Business, and a MPH from University of Illinois, Chicago. He is also fellowship trained in Biodesign and Innovation at the University of Missouri. Dr. Harris has co-invented & helped procure U.S. and international device patents, served on a State Board in Missouri, and currently severs on the Board of LARC, a not-for-profit company in Chicago focused on environmental remediation.
David Keller - President of the Bank of Missouri
President of the Bank of Missouri with offices in Columbia since 2005. David is a 35 year veteran banker. His career spans ownership and management in five banks and several start-up retail and service businesses. Keller is an angel investor and member of Centennial Investors in Columbia and has served as the chairman of the board of the Missouri Incubator Center located on the University of Missouri campus since 2004.
Richard J Havens.
Richard J. Havens brings over 25 years of global strategic medical industry experience to the EternoGen Aesthetics board having led commercial operations for leading medical aesthetic companies. Most recently, Mr. Havens served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Onset Dermatologics, as well as Medicis Pharmaceuticals. In these capacities, he developed strategies and executed plans in both prescription dermatology and medical aesthetics that helped build the companies into leading players in the dermatology space. Prior to joining Medicis, he led global Business Development efforts as Executive Director and served as Director of Marketing for Dermik Laboratories. Mr. Havens has excellent relationships with industry thought leaders and consistently demonstrates the ability to attract and develop high performing sales and marketing teams.
Suzan Moser, RN, MBA-Regulatory and Clinical Expert
Suzan Anne Moser has over 20 years of clinical study experience in the medical device industry treating urologic, electrophysiologic, cardiac, and vascular diseases. Mrs. Moser previously served as Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at IntraPace, Inc., working on a medical device for obesity. She planned and initiated successful heart failure clinical trials in Europe and the United States for Paracor Medical, Inc. As Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Atrionix, Inc. (acquired by Johnson and Johnson), she lead successful clinical study and quality system efforts that resulted in CE Mark and other regulatory approvals. She also performed clinical studies to help bring to market the first and other implantable defibrillators, pacemakers, cardiac ablation systems, and vascular stent grafts during her tenure in management positions at Medtronic AneuRx, Inc., CardioRhythm, Inc. (acquired by Medtronic, Inc.), and Intec System, Inc. (acquired by Eli Lilly, now Boston Scientific, Inc.) Mrs. Moser earned an M.B.A. from the University of the Minnesota, a B.S.N. from the University of the State of New York, and a Diploma in Nursing from Barnes Hospital School of Nursing.
Guy F. Bouchard, DVM, MS, D.A.C.T. - President of Sinclair Research
Guy is also an Adjunct professor in Theriogenology at the University of Missouri. After his Masters and PhD in Veterinary Medicine from Université de Montréal, Bouchard ventured into starting a commercial focus animal research facility which has tripled its size in the past 3 years. He has over 18 years of experience managing Sinclair Research and animal pre-clinical studies for over 100 drugs and medical devices. He combines experience in oversight of a 300+ employee contract research organisation and clinical research. Bouchard’s understands pre-clinical studies cost, timeline and execution management.
Rebecca Rone, MSE - Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs
She received her Masters of Science Degree in Bioengineering from the University of California-San Diego with a research focus in cartilage tissue engineering. While in graduate school, Ms. Rone gained experience at BREG as a design engineer for orthopedic, reconstructive, and postoperative medical devices. She is a co-inventor of the EternoGen’s technology. She became the Director of the Coulter Translational Partnership at the University of Missouri directing over $1M in R&D grants to commercializasing cutting edge research projects.
